摘要
为评估不同检测车进行沥青路面性能检测时检测水平的差异,组织5个实验室开展平整度、构造深度、车辙和横向力系数4个指标的比对试验。按照GB/T 6379.2-2004标准规范的要求,采用曼德尔k统计量和h统计量对数据的一致性进行检查,初步判断各实验室随机误差和系统误差的大小,并进一步计算各实验室检测结果的Z比分数,比较不同实验室间检测结果的离散程度。结果表明实验室1总体能力水平较好,实验室4车辙深度和构造深度检测结果随机误差较大,实验室2横向力检测结果系统误差大。
In order to evaluate the difference in the detection level of asphalt pavement performance by different detection vehicles,5 laboratories were organized to carry out the comparison test of flatness,structural depth,rut and transverse force coefficient.According to GB/T 6379.2-2004 standard requirements,Mandel k and h statistic were used to check the consistency of the data,and to preliminary judge the random error and systematic error,further calculation of the Z score of each laboratory test results were conducted to compare the discrete degree of different laboratory test results.The results show that the overall ability of laboratory 1 is good,the random error of lab 4 in rutting depth and structural depth test results is bigger,and the system error of lab 2 in horizontal force detection is large.
