与传统现浇模式相比,装配式混凝土建筑的成本过高,已经成为阻碍其发展的关键因素之一。装配式混凝土建筑成本控制是当前装配式建筑发展过程中关注的重点和热点。本文对商品房住宅装配式混凝土建筑项目前期策划对工程成本的影响进行分析和探究,并相应提出了有效控制装配式混凝土建筑工程成本的措施。

Compared with the traditional cast-in-place mode,the cost of prefabricated buildings is too high,which has become one of the key factors hindering its development.Cost control of prefabricated buildings is the focus and hot spot in the current development of prefabricated buildings.This paper analyzes and explores the impact of the pre-planning of commercial housing prefabricated construction projects on the project cost,and accordingly puts forward measures to effectively control the cost of prefabricated construction projects.
