南京市典型化工园区危险废物现状调查及问题分析

Investigation and Problem Analysis of Hazardous Waste Status Quo in Typical Chemical Industry Park of Nanjing

本文选取南京市典型化工园区为研究对象,通过法律及文献研究、实地走访调研、问卷调查及座谈会等调查方式对各化工企业的危险废物产生、储存、流向等情况进行调查。调查基准年为2018年。在调查园区危险废物产生企业分布特征、危险废物产生类别分布特征和危险废物处置利用综合能力的基础上,本文从不同规模企业危废管理、企业危废规范化管理指标、园区危险废物污染防治能力等方面综合分析园区危险废物污染防治存在的主要问题,为化工园区危险废物污染防治工作提供技术支撑。

This paper selects a typical chemical park in Nanjing as the research object,and investigates the production,storage,and flow of hazardous wastes of various chemical companies through legal and document research,field visits and investigations,questionnaires,and forums.The base year of the survey is 2018.On the basis of investigating the distribution characteristics of hazardous waste production enterprises in the park,the distribution characteristics of hazardous waste generation categories,and the comprehensive capabilities of hazardous waste disposal and utilization,this paper comprehensively analyzes the main problems in the prevention and control of hazardous waste pollution in the park from the aspects of hazardous waste management of enterprises of different sizes,standardized management indicators of hazardous waste in enterprises,and the prevention and control capabilities of hazardous waste in the park,so as to provide technical support for the prevention and control of hazardous waste in the chemical park.
