餐厨垃圾厌氧消化处理的影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Anaerobic Digestion of Food Waste

在实际应用中,厌氧消化处理工艺易出现由反应物成分变化和有机酸积累引起的反应停滞现象,导致处理效率降低。本文以序批式厌氧消化工艺为例,采集餐厨垃圾作为试验样本,研究了影响处理效率的因素,重点分析盐分、油脂与pH等反应条件对序批式厌氧消化工艺的影响,为优化处理工艺提供参考。

In practical applications,the anaerobic digestion treatment process is prone to reaction stagnation caused by changes in reactant composition and accumulation of organic acids,resulting in a decrease in treatment efficiency.Taking the sequencing batch anaerobic digestion process as an example,this paper collects food waste as a test sample to study the factors that affect the treatment efficiency,and focuses on the analysis of the influence of the reaction conditions such as salt,oil and pH on the sequencing batch anaerobic digestion process,and provides a reference for optimizing the treatment process.
