“中国奇迹”的利益机制研究

从利益视角研究中国实现“两大奇迹”的根源,可知利益的平衡机制在其中发挥了重要作用。改革开放以前,中国通过个人利益的历时性平衡实现了政权的巩固和经济的恢复。这一阶段中国经济发展具有短期性的原因在于个人的过程性利益和结果性利益未能实现平衡。改革开放以后,通过利益的主体性平衡,我国经济保持了40多年的高速增长、社会实现了长期稳定。党的十八大以来,中国不仅通过扩展利益的主体性平衡继续创造着中国奇迹,还通过利益的空间性平衡巩固了两大奇迹。展望未来,进一步巩固并发展中国创造的两大奇迹的成果,既需要扩展利益平衡机制的实现范围,又需要在利益实现的规范性上发力。

This paper studies the causes of China’s realization of the“two miracles”from the perspective of interests,and holds that the balance mechanism of interests has played an important role in it.Before the reform and opening-up,China realized the consolidation of political power and economic recovery through the diachronic balance of personal interests.The reason why China’s economic development is short term at this stage lies in the failure to balance individual procedural interests and resulting interests.After the reform and opening-up,by the subjective balance of interests,China’s economy has maintained rapid growth for more than 40 years and the society has achieved long-term stability.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,China has not only been continuously creating Chinese miracles by expanding the subjective balance of interests,but also consolidated the two miracles through the spatial balance of interests.Looking forward to the future,in order to further consolidate and develop the attainments of the two miracles created by China,we need not only to expand the scope of interest balance mechanism,but also to make efforts in the standardization of interest realization.
