动脉来源免疫细胞在血管稳态和疾病中的研究进展

摘要 免疫细胞广泛分布于身体的器官组织,参与介导固有免疫和适应性免疫应答,在组织生长发育、组织修复以及稳态的维持等过程中发挥重要的作用。近些年,随着组织特异性概念的提出,人们开始研究不同免疫细胞在非淋巴组织中的功能特性。本文以动脉系统中的免疫细胞为核心,依次介绍了T细胞、B细胞、巨噬细胞及树突状细胞等免疫细胞在血管稳态和常见血管疾病中的研究现况,以期为靶向动脉免疫反应,降低血管疾病发生率,提供理论依据。 A variety of immune cells are widely distributed in organs and tissues of the body,participating in the mediation of innate and adaptive immune responses,and playing an important role in tissue growth and development,tissue repair and homeostasis maintenance.Recent years,with the introduction of the concept of tissue specificity,researchers began to study the functional characteristics of different immune cells in different tissues.Focusing on immune cells in the arterial system,we introduces the research status of immune cells such as T cells,B cells,macrophages and dendritic cells in vascular homeostasis and common vascular diseases,in order to provide theoretical basis for targeting arterial immune response and reducing the incidence of vascular diseases.
