摘要
主要研究水泥稳定碎石基层中掺入再生粗骨料的强度变化规律,通过7d无侧限抗压强度试验和劈裂强度试验,分析水泥含量分别为3%、4%、4.5%、5.0%,取代率0%、30%、60%、100%的变化对混合料强度的影响。结果表明:水泥含量一定,随着取代率增加抗压强度和劈裂强度呈下降趋势。当取代率一定,随着水泥含量增加,抗压强度和劈裂强度呈上升趋势。若四组取代率的7d抗压强度代表值均达到5 MPa,水泥含量至少4.3%。水泥含量从4.5%增到5.0%,再生骨料含量越多劈裂强度增加越明显。
This paper mainly studies the strength change law of cement stabilized crushed stone base mixed with recycled coarse aggregate.Through the 7d unconfined compressive strength test and the split strength test,the cement content is 3%,4%,4.5%,5.0%,the substitution rate of 0%,30%,60%,100%changes on the strength of the mixture.The results show that,with a certain cement content,the compressive strength and splitting strength show a downward trend as the replacement rate increases.When the replacement rate is constant,as the cement content increases,the compressive strength and splitting strength show an upward trend.If the 7d compressive strength representative values of the four groups of substitution rates all reach 5MPa,the cement content is at least 4.3%.The cement content increased from 4.5%to 5.0%.The more recycled aggregate content,the more obvious the splitting strength increased.
