金尾矿砂对C30混凝土物理性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了金尾矿砂的掺量及粒径对普通C30混凝土密度、力学性能的影响,并拟合了金尾矿砂掺量与混凝土密度、抗压强度的关系方程,以得到金尾矿砂对于普通C30混凝土物理性能的影响规律。结果表明,金尾矿砂的掺量对C30混凝土物理性能有较大影响,并存在最佳掺量,当金尾矿砂掺量为30%时,混凝土的抗压强度及密度最大;金尾矿砂的粒径大小通过影响混凝土内部的颗粒级配,而影响着混凝土的抗压强度及密度,当粒径范围在1.18~2.36mm时,混凝土内部的级配合理,孔隙被有效填充,此时C30混凝土的抗压强度可达到41MPa以上;根据拟合的抗压强度及密度方程,可观察掺加金尾矿砂的普通C30混凝土密度及抗压强度的变化规律。 The influence of the amount and particle size of gold tailings sand on the density and mechanical properties of ordinary C30 concrete are studied,and the relationship equations between the amount of gold tailings sand and the density and compressive strength of the concrete are fitted to obtain the influence law of gold tailings sand on ordinary C30 concrete physical properties.The results show that the mixing amount of gold tailings has a great influence on the physical properties of C30 concrete,and there is an optimal mixing amount.When the mixing amount of gold tailings is 30%,the compressive strength and density of the concrete are the largest;The particle size affects the compressive strength and density of the concrete by affecting the particle gradation inside the concrete.When the particle size is in the range of 1.18-2.36mm,the gradation inside the concrete is reasonable and the pores are effectively filled.At this time,the compressive strength of C30 concrete can reach more than 41MPa;according to the fitted compressive strength and density equation,the density and compressive strength of ordinary C30 concrete mixed with gold tailings can be observed.
