生活圈居住模式下的空间形态指标及管理研究

Study on the Index and Management of Space Form under the Living Mode of Life Circle

“生活圈”概念提倡重新定义居住区空间,将居住区的部分功能融入城市,共享交通、医疗、文化等城市公共资源,为我国未来的居住区规划提供一个新的思路。“生活圈”居住模式的推行有利于营造尺度宜人的空间,缓解交通拥堵现象,提高道路利用率,优化资源配置,丰富和完善空间界面。本文由“生活圈”切入,首先通过梳理我国现代居住模式的演变,分析现状居住模式的弊端,提出推行“生活圈”居住模式的必要性,然后从街区尺度、路网密度、功能布局、街道界面等方面对城市空间形态各方面指标进行了详细深入地分析,最后对城市规划管理提出相应的对策和建议。希望“生活圈”居住模式的推行能够提升居民居住的舒适度,从而使城市运转更有效率、更具活力。

The concept of“life circle”advocates redefining the space of residential area,integrating some functions of residential area into the city,sharing urban public resources such as transportation,medical treatment and culture,which provide a new idea for the future residential area planning in China.The implementation of“life circle”residential mode is conducive to creating a pleasant scale space,easing traffic congestion,improving road utilization,optimizing resource allocation,enriching and improving the spatial interface.Starting from the“life circle”,according to combing the evolution of modern living mode in China,the disadvantages of the current living mode are analyzed,and the necessity of implementing the“life circle”living mode are put forward.Then,a detailed and in-depth analysis is made on urban spatial form indicators from the aspects of block scale,road network density,functional layout,street interface,etc.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for urban planning management are put forward.It is hoped that the implementation of“life circle”residential mode can improve the comfort of residents,so as to make the urban operation more efficient and dynamic.
