Research about China’s Legal System for Architectural Design

建筑设计法规体系是建筑设计品质的重要保证,以我国建筑设计法规体系发展现状为基础,深入分析当前我国建筑设计法律法规的不足之处,研提相应的发展建议和策略,并将建筑设计法规体系改革过程细化为三个阶段:近期目标、中期目标和远期目标,为切实提升建筑设计质量、品质,完善建筑设计法规体系打下了基础。

China’s legal system for architectural design plays a critical role in guaranteeing the quality of architectural design.Based on the development status of the system,the deficiencies of existing laws and regulations are analyzed in this paper,and the corresponding suggestions and strategies for the future improvement of the system are put forward.The development and reform of the legal system was divided into 3 phases in the paper,including the short-term one,the medium-term one and the long-term one,aiming to lay a solid foundation for the improvement of the quality of architectural design and the legal system for architectural design in China.
