摘要
水力平衡是舒适和节能的基础,一个良好的供热系统需要根据系统形式和现场实际情况考虑采用水力平衡调节的方式。以管网压力和回水温度为目标采用模糊控制与PID控制相结合并应用于串级控制系统,通过PLC控制器进行调控,对安装在单元口的电动阀门进行调节,实现到户的温控和水力平衡。该系统对城镇供热二次网智能调平技术的推广使用和改进具有现实意义。
Hydraulic balance is the basis of comfort control and energy saving,and a good heating system needs to be based on system form and field reality.In the international case,the way of hydraulic balance is considered.In this paper,according to the pipe network pressure and backwater temperature,a cascade control system model is established to communicate through PLC controller,and a new control strategy is proposed to adjust the electric valve installed in the unit mouth,so as to realize the temperature control and automatic hydraulic balance to the household.
