由于图书馆工作人员数量有限,不能做到实时的线上回复,设计开发了智能问答系统来解决这一问题。主要介绍了用户需求分析、用户端功能设计分析、管理端功能设计分析、数据库端设计分析及总体设计说明。该系统能够实时与用户进行交流,更快更准确地解决用户关于图书馆馆藏资源的问题。

Due to the limited number of library staff,they cannot reply online in real time.An intelligent answer system is designed and developed to solve this problem.This paper mainly introduces the user demand analysis,user function design analysis,administrator function design analysis,database design analysis and overall design description.The system can communicate with users in real time and solve users’problems about library collection resources faster and more accurately.
