大理岩碎石用作水工心墙沥青混凝土骨料的综合性能及分析 被引量:1

摘要 为探明大理岩能否用作心墙沥青混凝土骨料,该文分别用新疆且末县石门水库大理岩和奇台县碧流河水库灰岩,在相同的破碎方式和配合比条件下配制沥青混凝土,并进行了马歇尔稳定度流值、劈裂、渗透、水稳定性、压缩、小梁和静三轴等试验。结果表明:破碎大理岩碎石制备的沥青混凝土单轴平均抗拉强度为0.4 MPa,低于破碎灰岩0.5 MPa;抗压和抗弯强度平均值分别为2.5 MPa和2.4 MPa,高出破碎灰岩0.41 MPa和0.9 MPa;粘聚力和内摩擦角分别为459 kPa和28.3°,低于破碎灰岩6.0 kPa和0.7°,两者力学性能差别不明显。因此,大理岩碎石用于水工心墙沥青混凝土是完全可行的。 Limestone aggregate is scarce in some areas where suitable for the construction of asphalt concrete core dam,but marble is widely distributed around the reservoir area.In order to ascertain the marble can be used as the core wall of asphalt concrete aggregate,In this paper,the marble of Shimen Reservoir in Qimo County,Xinjiang and limestone of Biliuhe Reservoir in Qitai County were used to prepare asphalt concrete under the same crushing mode and mix proportion.Marshall stability flow value,splitting,permeability,water stability,compression,beam and static triaxial tests were carried out.The uniaxial average tensile strength of asphalt concrete prepared by crushed marble was 0.4MPa,lower than 0.5MP of crushed limestone.The average compressive strength and bending strength were 2.5MPa and 2.4MPa respectively,higher than 0.41MPa and 0.9MPa of crushed limestone.The cohesion force and internal friction angle were 459kpa and 28.3°respectively,which were lower than 6.0 kPa and 0.7°of crushed limestone.There was no obvious difference in mechanical properties between them.Therefore,it is completely feasible for marble to be used in asphalt concrete of hydraulic core wall.
