Bi/石墨毡电极对铁铬液流电池性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 石墨毡是液流电池的首选电极材料,而Bi增强石墨毡电极材料在铁铬液流电池中的应用参数并不完善。本文将不同浓度的BiCl_(3)加入到电解液中,并将石墨毡电极切割形成交叉型流道,组装铁铬液流电池。通过充放电测试分析BiCl_(3)含量以及流道对铁铬液流电池循环充放电性能的影响,并采用场发射扫描电镜对充放电后的石墨毡进行成分分析,利用循环伏安曲线和交流阻抗谱图分析Bi对正负极反应活性的影响。结果表明,电解液中BiCl_(3)的浓度为5 mmol/L时,铁铬液流电池容量和效率的综合效果最优。 Graphite felt is a preferred electrode material for redox flow battery.However,the application parameters of Bi/graphite felt electrode in iron-chromium redox flow battery(ICRFB)are still not completely studied.In this paper,ICRFBs were assembled by adding BiCl_(3) with different contents into electrolytes,and cutting graphite felt electrodes to form crossing flow channels.The influences of the BiCl_(3) contents and the flow channels on the ICRFB performance were studied by charge-discharge tests.The compositions of the graphite felts after the charge-discharge tests were analyzed by emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effects of Bi on the activity of positive and negative electrodes were analyzed by cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance spectroscopy.The results show that the ICRFB with the BiCl_(3) content of 5 mmol/L in the electrolyte exhibits the best comprehensive performance of capacity and efficiency.
