自贸区对接国内国际双循环:既定样本检验与安徽视角的借鉴

The connection between the free trade zone and dual circulation: the established sample test and the reference from the perspective of Anhui

自贸区是中国深化改革开放、助推经济高质量发展的重要抓手。而以国内大循环为主体、国内和国际双循环新发展格局是党中央在新时代面对新形势提出的发展战略。在此背景下,以沪、津、闽、粤四大自贸区为参照对象,采用2006—2017年中国省级面板数据,运用双重差分法评估了自贸区设立对当地参与国内国际双循环的影响,同时借助四大自贸区先行先试的经验类推安徽自贸区未来持续发展的有效策略。结果表明:自贸区设立对地区参与国内国际双循环具有显著促进作用,这也为安徽自贸区高水平参与国内国际双循环提供了经验借鉴和发展方向,在此基础上提出了相关对策建议。

The free trade zone is an important starting point for China to deepen reform and opening up and promote high-quality economic development.A new development pattern of dual circulation in which domestic economic cycle plays a leading role is a development strategy put forward by the Communist Party of China Central Committee in the new era under the new situation.In this context,taking the four free trade zones of Shanghai,Tianjin,Fujian and Guangdong as the reference object,using China’s provincial panel data from 2006 to 2017,this paper used the difference-in-difference method to evaluate the impact of the establishment of the free trade zone on local participation in the dual circulation.At the same time,we can infer the effective strategies for the sustainable development of Anhui Free Trade Zone in the future.The results show that the establishment of the free trade zone can significantly promote the regional participation in the dual circulation,which also provides experience reference and development direction for Anhui free trade zone to participate in the dual circulation at a high level.On this basis,some relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
