辽宁省阜新市2020年家畜口蹄疫免疫抗体监测分析

Surveillance and Analysis of Livestock Foot and Mouth Disease Immune Antibodies in Fuxin City,Liaoning Province in 2020

为了解阜新市口蹄疫免疫情况,本研究利用ELISA方法对阜新市猪牛羊的3855份血清样本进行免疫抗体监测。结果表明,口蹄疫O型抗体合格率90.68%,其中猪89.37%、牛89.43%、羊92.35%;口蹄疫A型抗体合格率88.41%,其中猪86.34%、牛90.97%、羊85.83%,全部高出国家农业农村部对重大动物疫病评价的总体要求,即有效免疫抗体合格率必须在70%及以上。

In order to understand the immunization situation of foot-and-mouth disease in Fuxin City,this study used ELISA method to monitor 3855 serum samples of pigs,cattle and sheep in Fuxin city for immune antibody monitoring.The results showed that the pass rate of foot-and-mouth disease type O antibodies was 90.68%,including pigs 89.37%,cattle 89.43%,and sheep 92.35%;foot-and-mouth disease type A antibodies were 88.41%,pigs 86.34%,cattle 90.97%,and sheep 85.83%,all higher than the country The overall requirements of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs for the evaluation of major animal diseases,that is the qualified rate of effective immune antibodies must be 70%and above.
