基层牛羊检疫监管现状及对策

畜牧产业发展过程中拓宽了各类养殖产业规模,牛羊养殖数量也越来越多,疫病发生情况也更为复杂,对于牛羊健康是非常不利的,会进一步对牛羊肉制品品质产生影响,而牛羊肉制品安全水平是直接影响人们身体健康及财产安全的关键。因此,在畜牧养殖产业中加强对于牛羊的检疫监管是非常重要的,是保证养殖产业健康可持续发展的重要基础。该文主要介绍牛羊检疫监管工作现状及存在的问题,并提出相应的改进措施。

In the course of the development of animal husbandry,the scale of various breeding industries has been broadened,the number of cattle and sheep breeding has also increased,the occurrence of epidemic diseases has become more complicated,which is very disadvantageous to the health of cattle and sheep,and will further affect the quality of beef and mutton products,the safety level of beef and mutton products is the key to directly affect people's health and property safety.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the quarantine supervision of cattle and sheep in the animal husbandry and breeding industry,which is the important foundation to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.This paper mainly introduces the current situation and existing problems of quarantine supervision of cattle and sheep,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.
