摘要
干河矿2-118C1巷顶板随工作面推进难以及时垮落,顶板悬露引起侧向支承应力集中程度较高。受2-118C工作面超前采动应力叠加影响,邻近2-118D1巷变形显著,影响巷道的正常使用。为解决动压巷道围岩控制难题,提出了水力压裂卸压技术并优化了支护参数。现场应用效果表明:采取水力压裂技术后,巷道上方顶板及时垮落,同其他动压巷道相比,巷道变形量降低了85%以上,表明围岩控制效果良好。
The roof of the 2-118C1 roadway in Ganhe Mine is difficult to collapse in time with the advance of the working face.The roof suspension causes a high concentration of lateral support stress.Affected by the superposition of advanced mining stress in the 2-118C working face,the deformation near the 2-118D1 roadway is significant,affecting the normal use of the roadway.In order to solve the problem of surrounding rock control in dynamic pressure roadway,hydraulic fracturing pressure relief technology is proposed and support parameters are optimized.The field application results show that after the hydraulic fracturing technology is adopted,the roof above the roadway collapses in time.Compared with other dynamic pressure roadways,the roadway deformation is reduced by more than 85%,indicating that the surrounding rock control effect is good.
