Practice of Comprehensive Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Technology in Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Face in Extra Thick Coal Seam

摘要 为了解决特厚自燃煤层综放工作面采空区发火问题,以龙王沟煤矿61605工作面为背景,在采空区监测预测的基础上,采用多种防灭火技术方法对采空区进行治理。监测结果显示,在整个工作面回采期间,上隅角和面内CO含量未出现大幅波动,且未出现采空区发火现象,保证了工作面开采安全。 In order to solve the problem of goaf ignition in fully mechanized top coal caving face of extra thick spontaneous combustion coal seam,taking the 61605 working face of Longwanggou Coal Mine as the background,based on the monitoring and prediction of goaf,a variety of fire prevention and extinguishing technologies and methods are adopted to control the goaf.The monitoring results show that there is no significant fluctuation in CO content in the upper corner and in the face during the recovery of the whole working face,and there is no goaf ignition,which ensures the mining safety of the working face.
