Application of Locking Public Address Telephone in Coal Mine Belt Control System

扩音电话系统是皮带自动化系统的重要组成部分。该论文提出设计了一种带闭锁功能的扩音电话,除具备扩音电话的基本语音功能以外,还具备闭锁、状态检测功能。当闭锁动作时可以给PLC提供干节点信号,还可以将该闭锁状态通过RS485的通信方式传输给PLC的通信接口,用于扩音电话的快速定位。采用标准的Modbus-RTU通信协议便于现场的集成,具有广阔的应用前景。

Public address telephone system is an important part of belt automation system.This paper proposes to design a public address telephone with locking function,which not only has the basic voice function of public address telephone,but also has the functions of locking and state detection.In case of locking action,it can provide dry node signal to PLC and transmit the locking state to the communication interface of PLC through RS485 communication mode for rapid positioning of public address telephone.The standard Modbus-RTU communication protocol is adopted to facilitate field integration and has a wide application prospect.
