摘要
洗煤厂所使用的跳汰机大多受到煤质松散度的限制,导致跳汰效率低,浪费大。为了提高跳汰效率,以白龙洗煤厂为研究对象,采用非线性的模型关系的模糊算法为媒介,通过实时输入各层高度参数,传输至模糊控制器将理论的松散度与实际值进行对比,实现参数转换进而控制气阀的风速,调整脉动水压,从而将松散度调节至较适合的状态,提高跳汰机的洗选效果。
Most of the jigs used in coal preparation plants are limited by the looseness of coal quality,which leads to low jigging efficiency and great waste.In order to improve the efficiency of jigging,the Bailong Coal Preparation Plant is taken as the research object,and the fuzzy algorithm of nonlinear model relation is used as the medium.The height parameters of each layer are input in real time and transmitted to the fuzzy controller to compare the theoretical loose degree with the actual value,so as to realize the parameter conversion and then control the air speed of the air valve and adjust the pulsating water pressure,so as to adjust the loose degree to a more suitable state and improve the washing effect of the jig.
