云南藏族民居建造及修缮标准化研究

Study on standardization of construction and repair of Tibetan dwelling

云南藏族民居的发展在建筑布局、建筑结构、建造技术等方面较为成熟,但还是存在一些不足之处。整理与总结了云南藏族民居建造材料及工具的准备、房屋选址、地基制作、墙体砌筑、梁柱楼面制作以及修缮维护的工序及做法。通过分析研究提出了一些改进做法及建议,为探索云南藏族民居建造及修缮标准化建设提供借鉴意义和价值。

The development of Tibetan dwellings in Yunnan is relatively mature in the aspects of architectural layout,architectural structure and construction technology,but there are still some shortcomings.This paper summarizes the preparation of building materials and tools,house site selection,foundation fabrication,wall masonry,beam and column floor fabrication,and repair and maintenance procedures and practices of Tibetan houses in Yunnan.Through the analysis and research,this paper puts forward some improvement methods and suggestions,which can provide reference and value for the exploration of Yunnan Tibetan residential construction and repair standardization construction.
