大跨度钢管球节点输煤栈桥设计 被引量:1

摘要 随着煤炭工业的发展,要求输煤栈桥跨度和宽度逐渐增大,钢管球节点栈桥因经济合理、造型美观、设计施工方便,应用日益广泛。受地形、跨度、支架高度限制,栈桥采用钢管拱—桁架体系,使用MIDAS Gen进行空间建模计算分析,分析得出桁架结构的自振模态和薄弱部位、局部采取针对性加强措施,核算杆件强度、稳定性、长细比、栈桥挠度符合规范要求,并对栈桥杆件进行合理优化降低自重,降低安装施工难度。 With the development of coal industry,the span and width of coal conveying trestle were required to increase gradually,the steel pipe ball joint trestle was increasingly widely used because of its economic rationality,beautiful shape,convenient design and construction.Limited by terrain,span and support height,the trestle adopted steel pipe arch-truss system,and Midas Gen was used for spatial modeling calculation and analysis,the analysis obtained the natural vibration mode and weak parts of truss structure,targeted strengthening measures were adopted locally to calculate the strength,stability,slenderness ratio and trestle deflection,which met the specification requirements of trestle deflection,and the trestle members were reasonably optimized to reduce the dead weight,reduced the difficulty of installation and construction.
