摘要
现如今,伴随着城镇化的进程逐渐加快,开发建设项目在我国迅速发展,越来越多的关注点开始向房地产类型开发项目的水土保持内容转移,与其他生产建设项目相比,房地产项目扰动面集中、占地面固定、周期短、土石方开挖强度大等,水土保持工作容易被忽视;以重庆市龙湖西永核心项目区为例,确定其项目的水土保持措施主体设计,对已实施的水土保持措施进行分析,并引入装配式水土保持技术的概念,为房地产类项目水土保持措施的设计提供一定的参考。
Nowadays,along with the rapid development of urbanization process to speed up the development and construction project,more and more people concern starts to types of real estate development project of the content of soil and water conservation,compared with other production and construction projects,real estate project disturbance concentration,taking up little fixed conditions,shorter period and excavation strength,such as soil and water conservation work is easy to be ignored.Taking Chongqing Longhu Xiyong Core Project Area as an example,this paper determines the main design of soil and water conservation measures of the project,evaluates the implemented soil and water conservation measures,and introduces the concept of assembly-type soil and water conservation technology,which provides a certain reference for the design of soil and water conservation measures of real estate projects.
