摘要 随着煤炭资源的减少,人们正在努力寻找可以替代煤炭的新能源,煤炭行业急需改变。王家岭煤矿11132巷道原顶板支护方案为“纯锚杆和锚网”,并没有考虑到复合顶板的问题,导致了在巷道的使用过程中出现了严重的顶板下沉和冒落,具有极大的安全隐患。在后续的顶板支护优化中,锚杆之间增设加长锚索,提出了“锚杆锚索+锚网耦合支护”支护方案,并设置两组,在通过数值模拟和现场实际监测得知,第二组即增加4根加长锚索有效的控制了巷道顶板的破坏。 With the reduction of coal resources,people are trying to find new energy to replace coal,and the coal industry is in urgent need of change.The original roof support scheme of 11132 roadway in Wangjialing coal mine is“pure bolt and anchor net”,which does not consider the problem of composite roof,resulting in serious roof subsidence and caving in the process of roadway use,which has a great potential safety hazard.In the subsequent optimization of roof support,lengthened anchor cable is added between the bolts,and the supporting scheme of“bolt anchor cable+anchor mesh coupling support”is put forward,and two groups are set up.Through numerical simulation and field monitoring,it is known that the second group adds four lengthened anchor cables,which effectively controls the damage of roadway roof.
