预制装配式梁柱节点连接施工工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 预制部品部件彼此独立,节点如何连接,如何施工,是装配式建筑的共同瓶颈。可靠,稳定,高效的节点施工技术能较好的保证装配式结构的承载力,强度和抗震性能。针对现有施工中采用的错位锚固连接或者全灌浆套筒连接等方式,要求节点截面长度大、施工复杂、施工成本高等问题,对预制梁水平钢筋连接、预制梁安装、梁柱后浇节点模板等方面施工技术进行改进,减少了现有预制梁安装时临时支撑的支设和周转工作量,优化后浇节点的模板支设施工,提高了模板支设效率和施工的标准化程度,避免材料过度消耗,满足住宅产业化和建筑工业化的基本趋势,具有良好的社会、经济、环保效益。 Prefabricated components were independent of each other,how to connect nodes and how to construct were the common bottleneck of prefabricated buildings.Reliable,stable and efficient joint construction technology could better ensure the bearing capacity,strength and seismic performance of fabricated structures.In view of dislocation anchor connection or full grouting sleeve connection adopted in the existing construction,which required large joint section length,complex construction,high construction cost and other problems,this paper improved the precast beam horizontal reinforcement connection,precast beam installation,beam column post cast joint formwork and other construction technologies,reduced the support and turnover workload of temporary support during the installation of existing precast beams,optimized the formwork erection construction of post cast joints,improved the formwork erection efficiency and construction standardization,avoid excessive material consumption,met the basic trend of housing industrialization and building industrialization,had good social,economic and environmental benefits.
