DamonQ自锁托槽联合微型种植体支抗矫治安氏Ⅱ类1分类错[牙合]畸形的效果分析

Analysis on the effect of DamonQ self-locking brackets combined with micro-implant anchorage in correcting Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion

目的探讨DamonQ自锁托槽联合微型种植支抗矫治安氏Ⅱ类1分类错[牙合]畸形的效果。方法选择2018年2月—2020年2月本院接诊的安氏Ⅱ类1分类错[牙合]畸形患者60例作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各30例。实验组行DamonQ自锁托槽联合微型种植支抗矫治,对照组行传统托槽结合Nacne弓矫治。比较两组治疗前后头影测量指标[前牙覆盖(OJ)、上中切牙至鼻根点与上齿槽座点连线距离(U1-NA)、上中切牙长轴与前颅底平面相交的下内角(U1-SN)、上颌第一磨牙颊沟-翼上颌裂(U6-ptm)]、牙周健康指标[菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(sSBI)、牙龈指数(GI)]变化。结果实验组正畸治疗前后OJ、U1-NA、U1-SN差值高于对照组,U6-ptm差值和菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(sSBI)、牙龈指数(GI)低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论DamonQ自锁托槽联合微型种植支抗矫治安氏Ⅱ类1分类错[牙合]畸形能够较有效保护磨牙支抗,最大程度内收上前牙,改善上颌突度,对牙周健康影响小。

Objective To investigate the effect of DamonQ self-locking brackets combined with micro-implant anchors in the treatment of ClassⅡDivision 1 malocclusion.Methods From February 2018 to February 2020,60 patients with malocclusion of Class II Division 1 those admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects,and they divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with DamonQ self-locking brackets combined with micro-implant anchorage,and the control group was treated with traditional brackets combined with Nacne arch.Cephalometric indexes[anterior tooth coverage(OJ),distance between upper central incisor to nasal root and upper alveolar seat point(U1-NA),upper central incisor long axis and anterior skull base inferior inner angle of plane intersection(U1-SN),maxillary first molar buccal sulcus-pterygomaxillary cleft(U6-ptm)]and periodontal health indicators[plaque index(PLI),sulcus bleeding index(sSBI),gingival index(GI)]changes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The difference of OJ,U1-NA,U1-SN of the experimental group before and after orthodontic treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference of U6-ptm,plaque index(PLI),sulcus bleeding index(sSBI),and gingival index(GI)were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions DamonQ self-locking bracket combined with micro-implant anchorage could effectively protect the molar anchorage of ClassⅡDivision 1 malocclusion,maximize the adduction of the upper anterior teeth,improve the maxillary protrusion,and have little impact on periodontal health.
