基于学习通平台的线上线下融合教学模式在《组织学与胚胎学》课程中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨基于学习通平台的线上线下融合教学模式在《组织学与胚胎学》课程中的应用效果。方法选取本校临床医学院2015级、2016级、2017级和2018级临床医学专业学生作为本次研究对象。将2015级和2016级作为对照组,仅采用课堂讲授式教学,即教学模式1;2017级和2018级作为实验组,用通过对《组织学与胚胎学》课程再设计构建网络课程,开展依托学习通平台的线上教学与线下的课堂讲授式教学相融合的混合式教学,即教学模式2。应用试卷分析系统分析试题的质量及各年级的终结性评价成绩和综合成绩的分布情况,并进行组间比较两种教学模式的终结性评价成绩和综合成绩,对两种教学模式评价。结果各年级试卷的难度值、区分度值、信度及效度的区分基本在同一个范围;与教学模式1比较,教学模式2的优良率提高,不及格率显著降低,组间比较两种教学模式的终结性评价成绩和综合成绩(P<0.01),教学模式2比教学模式1的整体教学效果好。结论基于学习通平台的线上线下相融合教学模式,不仅能让教师在教学过程中充分发挥引导、启发和监控等作用,还能体现出学生在学习中的主导地位。 Objective To explore the application effect of combined online and offline education model based on the APP of XUEXITONG in the Histology and Embryology course.Methods In this study,we selected clinical medical students of grade 2015,2016,2017,and 2018 as research object.Students of grade 2015 and 2016 were enrolled in the control group,and students of grade 2017 and 2018 were enrolled in the experimental group.Classroom education was used in the control group students,which was defined education mode 1.For the students in the experimental group,redesigning the course"Histology and Embryology"to construct a network course,the blending education model of combined online and offline based on the APP of XUEXITONG was used,which was defined education mode 2.The test paper analysis system was used to analyze the quality of the test questions,the distribution of the summative evaluation scores and comprehensive scores of each grade to compare and evaluate the two education modes.Results The differences of difficulty value,distinction value,reliability and validity of each grade test paper were basically in the same range.Compared with education mode 1,the excellent and good rate of education mode 2 was increased and the failing rate was significantly decreased.The comparison on the summative evaluation results and comprehensive results of the two education modes between the two groups indicated that the overall teaching effect of education model 2 was better than that of the education model 1(P<0.01).Conclusions The model of combined online and offline education based on the APP of XUEXITONG not only allows the teachers to play the full roles of guidance,inspiration and monitoring during the teaching process,but also reflects the dominant role of students during learning process.
