摘要
我国每年有近120万出生缺陷的新生儿,大部分的先天性心脏病病因仍无法确定,但目前认为遗传与环境互作为重要因素[1]。心脏发生是基因网络精确互作和调控的产物,影响着细胞的分化,迁移,增殖和凋亡等方面生理状态[2]。心脏作为胚胎发育过程中最先形成的器官,其发育受到繁杂的信号网络调控,其中Wnt(wingless-type MMTV integration site)及芳香烃受体(aryl hydrocarbon receptor,AhR)信号通路的调节尤为重要[3-4]。
The heart is one of the earliest organs in embryonic development,which is regulated by aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AhR)and Wnt signaling pathways.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that there is an interaction between AhR and Wnt,and its abnormal dialogue mode will lead to the imbalance of cardiovascular network system,especially in the development of the heart and other related cardiovascular diseases.This paper reviews the regulatory mechanisms of the interaction between AhR and Wnt during cardiac development.
