摘要
《国家公园设立规范》明确了国家公园设立的准入条件,提出了国家代表性、生态重要性和管理可行性3个方面共9项符合性认定指标。本研究对照《国家公园设立规范》,以拟建青海湖国家公园为例,从国家代表性、生态重要性和管理可行性3个方面对国家公园设立符合性进行评价分析,以期为今后国家公园的符合性认定提供借鉴。
The permission requirements for the establishment of national park have been clearly identified in the"Specification for National Park Establishment"(hereinafter referred to as"Specification for National Park").The permission requirements include a total of nine indicators of three aspects covering national representation,ecological importance and management feasibility.According to the"Specification for National Park",the main purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze the compliance of establishment for Qinghai Lake national park,with regard to the national representation,ecological importance and management feasibility.Results from this study would provide a basis for the evaluation of compliance for the establishment of national park in the future.
