摘要
装备故障预测与健康管理(PHM)对提高复杂装备的战备完好性和降低维修成本、促进维修方式由计划维修向视情维修转变具有重要意义。长期以来,如何开展装备PHM应用推广的影响因素分析、提高PHM技术应用推广水平一直都是PHM发展应用的重点,论文提出了涵盖技术、应用环境、认知、组织、经济、实施等六个方面的影响因素体系,在层次分析法原理基础上,开展了基于AHP的国内装备PHM应用推广影响因素调查结果分析,给出了PHM应用推广影响因素权重分析结果。验证结果证明,所提方法可以为装备PHM应用推广研究提供参考。
Prognostics health management(PHM)are of great significance to improve the operational readiness of complex equipment,reduce maintenance costs,and promote the transformation of maintenance mode from planned maintenance to situational maintenance.On the basis of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)principle,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of PHM application based on AHP,gives the weight analysis results of PHM application factors.The verification results show that the proposed method can provide a reference for the application and promotion of PHM equipment.
