作战资源规划是影响海战场作战效能的关键技术之一,其资源分配结果和资源利用率极大地影响着战争结果。目前作战资源规划问题已经取得了许多研究成果。论文分析了海战场作战资源类型及其优化规划方法,同时对资源规划关键技术进行了总结,并对作战资源规划方法在战场环境中的应用进行了描述与分析。

Combat resource planning is one of the key technologies that affect the combat effectiveness of naval battlefield.The results of resource allocation and resource utilization greatly affect the results of wars.At present,many research results have been made on the issue of combat resource planning.The paper analyzes the types of naval battlefield combat resources and optimal planning methods,at the same time summarizes the key technologies of resource planning and describes and analyzes the application of combat resource planning methods in the battlefield environment.
