预防性维修缺陷对特种飞机可用性影响分析

Analysis on the Influence of Preventive Maintenance Defects on the Usability of Special Aircraft

固定翼舰载机是航母战斗群防空预警的支撑兵力,但受空间限制,航母上搭载舰载机的数量有限。针对特种飞机战备完好性保持的问题,论文研究有缺陷的预防性维修对舰载机可用性的影响程度,并基于舰载机服役阶段的可靠性、维修性统计数据作为输入,以作战环境任务剖面为背景,采用蒙特卡洛仿真方法对舰载机的作战效能进行分析,得到实现完善预防性维修的概率,预防性维修间隔这两个参数对预警机雷达覆盖率大小的影响。结果表明,该方法可用于为特种飞机确定最优预防性维修计划。

Fixed-wing carrier aircraft acts as the support force of aircraft carrier combat group for air defense warning but the number of fixed-wing carrier aircraft on the aircraft carrier is limited due to lack of space.Aiming at the issue of the warfare preparedness of holding issue about shipborne early warning aircraft,this paper studies the degree of the impact of defective preventive maintenance on the availability of carrier aircraft.With the operational environment mission profile as the background,the results using Monte Carlo simulation to analyze the combat effectiveness of shipborne aircraft.The influence of the probability of achieving perfect maintenance and the interval of preventive maintenance on the radar coverage of awACS is obtained.Results show that the method can be used to determine the optimal preventive maintenance plan which is based on reliability and maintainability statistics of the servicing-phase carrier-based aircraft as input.
