摘要
多相分数槽无刷直流电机由于采用非正弦波的供电方式,相数较多,绕组结构灵活,因此电感计算与常规交流电机有很大的不同。该文从单线圈的磁动势分布出发,借鉴绕组函数的思路,给出了多相分数槽无刷直流电机通用的电感解析计算公式,有限元仿真表明解析方法的计算结果满足工程精度要求。该文所推导的解析公式具有计算简单,物理意义明确的优点,由于得到了各相互感与主电感之间的解析关系,因此大大减少了多相电机数学模型输入参数的数量。
Multiphase fractional-slot brushless DC machine(BLDCM)is fed by non-sinusoidal current.Because of large number of phases and flexible winding configuration,inductance calculation is quite different from AC machines.This paper first obtains magnetomotive force distribution of signal coil.The winding function theory idea is applied,thus the analytic formula of inductance is deduced.The finite element analysis is utilized to verify the analytic results.The computation time of analytic inductance calculation method is quite less and the physical meanings is clear.The calculation method obtains the relationship of self-inductance and mutual inductance,which reduces number of parameters in machine modeling.
