摘要 基因编辑技术是基因工程领域的最新发展和最基础的技术手段,常规的基因工程实验教学以基因克隆和表达实验为主,缺乏对基因编辑技术的训练。通过创新基因工程实验教学实践过程,优化基因克隆表达实验内容,结合成熟科研项目,开发了基因敲除实验内容,实施四年来效果良好,使学生对基因组编辑技术有所了解,在基因操作技能上有所提高。 Gene editing technology is the latest development and the most basic technical means in the field of gene engineering.The conventional experimental teaching of gene engineering has mostly focused on gene cloning and expression experiments,and lacked the training of gene editing technology.By innovating the experimental teaching and practice process of gene engineering,optimizing the experimental contents of gene cloning and expression,and combining with mature scientific research projects,the experimental contents of gene knockout were developed.In the past four years,it has achieved good results,which enabled students to have some understanding of genome editing technology and improved their gene manipulation skills.
