摘要
提出将复杂工程问题设计纳入无损检测本科实验教学,摆脱以基础知识和验证性实验为核心的常规模式,初步探索满足工程教育认证标准要求的无损检测实验教学模式。总结无损检测中的复杂工程问题来源与类型,结合学生学习能力与知识储备进行设计并应用于本科实验教学。以大连理工大学金属材料工程(无损检测)专业方向为例,实验教学结果表明复杂工程问题设计有助于学生加深对工程问题的理解,提高解决工程问题的能力。
The design of complex engineering problems is incorporated into the experimental teaching of nondestructive testing for undergraduates,so as to get rid of the traditional teaching mode with basic knowledge and confirmatory experiments,exploring preliminarily the experimental teaching mode of non-destructive testing satisfying the requirements of engineering education certification.The sources and types of complex engineering problems in nondestructive testing were summarized in this paper,and problems were designed and applied to experimental teaching combining with learning ability and knowledge reserve of undergraduates.The experimental teaching in metal material engineering specialty(nondestructive testing)of Dalian University of Technology indicates that the design of complex engineering problems is helpful to deepen understanding and cultivate ability of solving engineering problems for undergraduates.
