探讨高校实验室与设备管理机构设置与职能

Discussion on the establishment and function of laboratory and equipment management institutions in colleges and universities

高校实验室是人才培养、学科建设、科学研究、实验教学的重要平台,随着国家“双一流”和“新工科”等建设项目的实施,深化高校体制机制改革,加快实施创新驱动发展战略,对实验室与设备管理模式提出了新的挑战和要求。通过高校实验室与设备管理机构的现状,阐述了各类高校实验室与设备管理机构的职能与分类,以华南理工大学实验室与设备管理机构为例,探讨了高校设置实验室与设备管理机构的科学合理性。

University laboratory is an important platform for personnel training,discipline construction,scientific research and experimental teaching.With the implementation of national“Double First Class”and“New Engineering”and other construction projects,deepening the reform of institutional mechanisms in colleges and universities,accelerating the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy,the laboratory and equipment management model put forward new challenges and requirements.This paper expounds the functions and classification of laboratory and equipment management institutions in colleges and universities through the status quo of laboratory and equipment management institutions in colleges and universities.Taking the laboratory and equipment management organization of South China University of Technology as an example,this paper discusses the scientific rationality of setting up laboratory and equipment management institutions in colleges and universities.
