如何管理好数量庞大且仍在持续增长的固定资产,是学校发展面临的重要问题。简述了地方高校固定资产管理现状,并分析了实施管理绩效评价的可行性,随后提出如何建立固定资产管理绩效评价体系,建立“学校-部门”绩效评价联动机制,通过“先试点后推广”的方式,建立起固定资产管理绩效评价。通过固定资产管理绩效评价的开展与评价结果的运用,促进学校固定资产管理水平的提高。

How to manage the large number of fixed assets,which are still growing,is an important issue facing the development of schools.This paper analyses the current situation of fixed assets management in local colleges and universities,and analyses the feasibility of the implementation of management performance evaluation.Then the paper puts forward how to establish the performance evaluation system of fixed assets management.Establish the linkage mechanism of"school-department"performance evaluation,and establish the performance evaluation of fixed assets management through the way of"pilot before promotion".The level of fixed assets management in schools can be promoted,through the process of performance evaluation of fixed assets management and the application of evaluation results.
