摘要
基于高校教育新时期发展要求和工程训练课程特点,分析了工程训练教学改革现状,阐述了进行教学文化建设的必要性,归纳总结了教学文化的建设目标。以我校工程训练课程为例,分析了教学文化建设在角色定位、制度定位和技术定位三个方面需要解决的问题,结合实例论述了在知识体系、面授风格和课堂管理方面采取的教学文化建设的具体方法和内容,以上措施加强了课程中对工程意识的培养,为今后同类教学改革提供了一定的借鉴经验。
Based on the new period development requirement of university education and the course character of engineering training,the recent situation of engineering education reformation has been analyzed,the necessity of teaching culture construction has been stated,and the construction target of teaching culture has been concluded.Taking the engineering training course in TJUT for example,the problem existing of teaching culture construction in role orientation,system orientation and technology orientation has been analyzed first,then the specific construction content and methods in knowledge system,teaching style and class management has been discussed with practical example,which has enhanced the engineering awareness training in course,and will provide some relative experience for same teaching reform in future.
