高炉火管的作用是将热风炉热风通过火管、中小套送入高炉内,在整套送风装置中,直吹管由于受小套附属水管限制,直吹管节奏紧凑、耐火材料较薄,直吹管发红烧穿,多发生在前端头煤枪三岔口。文章介绍了昆玉钢铁近年来小高炉火管改造历程,通过对小高炉火管钢壳以及对小、中套尺寸优化,逐步摸索外扩钢壳结构,提高火管耐材厚度,为提高高炉风温使用水平创造了条件,同时降低高炉因火管造成的休风率,创造经济效益。

The main function of the blast furnace fire pipe is to send the hot air of the hot blast stove into the blast furnace through the fire pipe and small and medium-sized sleeve. In the whole set of air supply device,the direct blow pipe is limited by the small set of auxiliary water pipe,the direct blow pipe has compact rhythm and thin refractory,and the direct blow pipe is burned through,which mostly occurs at the three fork of the coal gun at the front end. This paper introduces the transformation process of small blast furnace fire pipe in Kunyu Iron and Steel in recent years. Through the optimization of small blast furnace fire pipe steel shell and the size of small and medium sleeves,gradually explore the external expansion steel shell structure,improve the refractory thickness of fire pipe,create conditions for improving the service level of blast furnace air temperature,reduce the air shutdown rate of blast furnace caused by fire pipe,and create economic benefits.
