摘要
膀胱癌根治术是治疗肌层浸润性膀胱癌的金标准,胃肠道并发症是最常见的术后并发症。加速康复外科是指在围手术期采用的一系列循证医学证实有效的促使患者快速康复的处理措施,主要是通过促进术后胃肠功能恢复以加速术后康复和缩短患者住院时间。本文就加速康复外科措施在患者膀胱癌术后促进胃肠功能康复中的应用现状进行综述。
Radical bladder cancer surgery is the gold standard for the treatment of muscular invasive bladder cancer,and gastrointestinal complications are the most common postoperative complications.Accelerated rehabilitation surgery refers to a series of evidence-based medical measures used in the perioperative period to promote rapid recovery of patients,mainly by promoting postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery to accelerate postoperative recovery and shorten the patient's hospital stay.This article reviews the application status of accelerated rehabilitation surgical measures in promoting gastrointestinal function rehabilitation after bladder cancer surgery.
