手机依赖对内地高校少数民族学生主观幸福感的影响:支持系统的中介作用

Relationship between mobile phone dependence and subjective well-being of college students of ethnic minority in Chinese Mainland:support network being medium

为了解内地高校少数民族大学生手机依赖、来自网络与现实的支持系统及主观幸福感的关系,采用SPSS及结构方程模型对调查数据进行分析。结果显示:内地高校少数民族大学生的手机依赖与主观幸福感呈显著负相关,与支持系统的信息支持呈负相关,与工具支持呈正相关;一方面,手机依赖影响主观幸福感,另一方面,通过支持系统影响主观幸福感,来自网络与现实的支持系统在手机依赖与主观幸福感之间起到中介作用。需要加强内地高校少数民族大学生心理健康教育,减少其对手机的依赖,克服手机的消极影响,发挥手机的积极作用,健全网络与现实的支持系统,提高内地高校少数民族大学生幸福指数。

To understand the relationship between mobile phone dependence of university students of ethnic minorities,online and offline networks of support and their subjective well-being,it uses SPSS and structural equation modeling for analysis.The results shows that there was a negative correlation between their mobile phone dependence and their subjective well-being,a negative correlation between their mobile phone dependence and online support network,but a positive correlation between their mobile phone dependence and a support network of tools.On the one hand,their mobile phone dependence affects their subjective well-being.On the other hand,the online and offline support network is like medium between their mobile phone dependence and their well-being.We need to improve mental health education for university students of ethnic minorities,help them reduce their dependence on mobile phones,minimize the negative influence and maximize the positive influence,better both online and offline support network so as to improve their happiness.
