PGT25+动力涡轮在管道运输行业应用广泛,主要作为离心压缩机的原动机。目前动力涡轮运行50000 h后需返回外方工厂开展大修。描述PGT25+两级高速动力涡轮国内现场检修工作,对此型号动力涡轮的工厂大修内容与方法进行了调查,主要包括机匣、护环、涡轮盘、一、二级喷嘴、一、二级动叶、轴及相关轴承的检修技术以及现场检修更换技术和日常维护检查重点,对指导此型动力涡轮运行与检修以及国产化维修进程具有一定的指导意义。

PGT25+power turbine is applied widely in industry of pipeline transportation,mainly as original power equipment for centrifugal compressor.At present,the power turbine need to be returned to original equipment manufacturer for overhaul after 50000 operation hours.Description of the domestic field maintenance of PGT25+two-stage high speed power turbine.The contents and methods of overhaul of this type of power turbine is investigated.It mainly includes for transition case,shroud,turbine disc,first and second nozzles,first and second buckets,shaft,bearing of the repairing and exchanging technology in field and maintaining daily.It has certain guiding significance for operation and maintenance of the power turbine,as well as the process of localized maintenance.
