奶牛乳腺上皮细胞体外培养研究进展

Research Progress On In Vitro Culture Of Bovine Mammary Epithelial Cells

体外培养的奶牛乳腺上皮细胞(BMECs)常被用于研究乳成分的合成调控以及乳腺的生理代谢。近年来,随着越来越多永生化奶牛乳腺上皮细胞系的建立,其应用也更为广泛。本文综述了奶牛乳腺细胞系的种类和奶牛乳腺细胞体外培养的方法,为研究乳腺上皮细胞的功能及泌乳机制提供参考。

In vitro cultured bovine mammary epithelial cells(BMECs)is widely used to study the synthesis and regulation of milk components and physiological metabolism of the mammary.Recently,with the establishment of more and more immortalized BMECs lines,its application has become more extensive.This review comprehensively summarizes the types of BMECs lines and the methods of in vitro culture of BMECs,which provides references for studying the functions of mammary gland epithelial cells and the mechanism of lactation.
