摘要
全人教育理念要求高职培养的人才达到既懂技术技能对学生的功利价值,也使学生关注自己的全面发展;既熟知当下的技术技能,也能以历史和多维的视野,掌握其发展规律;既遵重和顺从技术技能规范的要求,也能在实践中使自己具有独特的体验、感悟、判断、创新;既肩负对振兴中华的责任感和使命感,也从而寻找精神的归宿等质量要求。其衡量标准为“德才并育”“理实融合”“经世实用”。实现路径是构建多元、融通、融合的全人教育人才培养模式,保证人才培养与人才需求的全面匹配,以“三教”改革引领学生深度学习,健全“三层”人才培养质量评价体系。
The concept of holistic education requires that the talents should not only understand the utilitarian value of technical skills to students,but also make students pay attention to their all-round development.They should not only be familiar with the current technical skills,but also be able to grasp the law of development from a historical and multi-dimensional perspective.They should not only comply with the requirements of technical skills and specifications,but also give oneself a unique experience,perception,judgment,and innovation in practice.They should not only shoulder the sense of responsibility and mission for the revitalization of China,but also seek the spiritual destination.The measurement standards are"combination of morality and talent","integration of theory and practice",and"practical practice".The realization path is to build a diversified,integrated,and integrated holistic education talent training model,to ensure that talent training is fully matched with talent needs,to guide students in deep learning with the"three education"reform,and to improve the"three-parts"talent training quality evaluation system.
