基于DDAM方法的排气降温装置抗冲结构优化设计

摘要 基于动态设计方法(DDAM),以某排气降温装置为对象建立有限元仿真计算模型,开展了动态冲击响应计算分析,并在此基础上提出了结构优化方案。基于结构优化前后的冲击应力响应结果对比,明确了提高排气降温装置抗冲击性能的结构优化方向。 Based on the dynamic design method DDAM,the finite element simulation calculation model of an exhaust cooling device was established.The dynamic shock response calculation and analysis were carried out.On this basis,the structural optimization scheme was proposed.Based on the comparison of shock stress response results before and after structural optimization,the structural optimization direction to improve the anti-shock performance of exhaust cooling device was defined.
