某涡轮增压器涡轮叶片断裂故障分析及改进

摘要 针对某涡轮增压器涡轮叶片断裂问题,基于ANSYS有限元软件对该涡轮进行强度分析和振动特性分析。结果表明:该涡轮一阶自振频率较低,一阶倍频比不满足设计要求,共振导致涡轮叶片断裂。在此基础上对涡轮整体结构进行了优化,优化后涡轮叶片一阶自振频率得到提升,叶片断裂问题得到解决。 Aiming at the fractured turbine blade of a turbocharger,the strength analysis and vibration characteristic analysis of the turbine was carried out by using ANSYS finite element software.The results show that the first-order natural frequency of the turbine is low,the first-order multiple frequency ratio does not meet the design requirements,and resonance leads to turbine blade fracture.On this basis,the overall structure of the turbine was optimized.After optimization,the first-order natural frequency of the turbine blade was improved,and the blade fracture problem was solved.
