单一闸门干燥段无正压供风窑体移动隧道窑是干燥烧成一体的窑,只有一道窑门,干燥段及烧成段之间无分隔闸门,窑顶无正压向干燥段(室)供风的风机,由装置在烟气处理系统及干燥段之间的主风机将烟气正压吹入烟气处理系统,同时对全窑各风路做负压抽吸,做到烟气有组织排放。

This article introduces a single gate drying section with negative pressure air supply mobile tunnel kiln,the main fan in⁃stalled between the flue gas treatment system and the drying section blows the flue gas into the flue gas treatment system at a posi⁃tive pressure,and at the same time performs negative pressure suction on the air passages of the entire kiln,so as to achieve orga⁃nized emission of the flue gas.
