Develop Fast Government-Subsidized Rental Housing and Solve theProminent Issue of Housing in Big Cities

加快发展保障性租赁住房,帮助新市民、青年人等群体缓解住房困难,促进解决好大城市住房突出问题,是党中央、国务院作出的重大决策部署。从2020年10月党的十九届五中全会首次提出保障性租赁住房,到2021年6月24日国务院办公厅印发《关于加快发展保障性租赁住房的意见》,明确保障性租赁住房的基础制度和支持政策。本文回顾了保障性租赁住房的提出,概括了保障性租赁住房的基本特征,深入分析了加快发展保障性租赁住房的重要性,在此基础上,提出了加快发展保障性租赁住房的着力点。

It is a major decision of the CPC to develop fast the government-subsidized rental housing for new residents and young people in cities to ease their housing difficulties.It has stepped into a fast track from the first proposed rental housing policy at the 5th Plenary Session of 19th National Central Committee Meetings of 2020,to the proposal of<regarding develop government-subsidized rental housing>from State Council,both of which make clear of basic institutions and supporting policies.This paper review the proposal of rental housing policy,summarize their basic traits,and analyze the importance of fast develop rental housing in-depth,based on which give some suggestions for developing rental housing.
