摘要
在分析了超声波在高铁轨道上的传播规律和衰减特性的基础上,设计高铁轨道应力的超声监测设备。钢轨中超声波传播速度与应力是线性关系,通过测量钢轨上超声波的传播速度,计算出钢轨所受的应力。从实际高铁轨道上测得了时间与应力日变化曲线,对研究高铁轨道的受力与变化有实际意义。
Based on the analysis of ultrasonic propagation law and attenuation characteristics in high railway track,the ultrasonic monitor for high railway track stress is designed.Due to the linear relationship between ultrasonic velocity and stress in the rail,the stress can be counted through measuring the spreading speed of ultrasonic wave.The measured diurnal variation curves of time and stress in actual high-speed rail track will have a practical significance to study the stress and variation of high-speed rail track.
